Book Review: Wildcat, by William Joseph Roberts

Book Review: Wildcat, by William Joseph Roberts

One hell of a tale

Admittedly, I'm a latecomer to the Fallen World 'verse. I started reading it after I *tried* to read the short story in the new LibertyCon anthology by Christopher Woods, and felt terribly lost. Well, I went back and started the series from the beginning (like you should), and was hooked.
William Joseph Roberts gives us a fascinating glimpse at the early days of this Fallen World, three years after the bombs fell. He makes you feel connected to this world, as an Everyman tries to do right in a world gone to shit. And man, is it a doozy. Darker in many ways to a lot of the other books, Wildcat pulls very few punches. It's well-worth a read.
